There are many shops, there is a dentist spa, HIS tour company.
Not recommended to drive.
There is outside the building.
Sorry I can't speak Thai
The shop is closed down. We didn’t know and go here just to find out its closed for good.
Great fun place to visit in a really cool area! 3 floors of pure Hello Kitty!!!I think any Hello Kitty fan would thourghly enjoy a couple hours eating and taking pictures here, accompanied by a day of shopping around the connecting mall and other nearby shopping centres.
Nice place to drop by when youre in siam square.
Crazy Bangkok you will love it :)
It is closed for a long time!!! Just waisted time to go this place and found nothing...
The cafe is for those who like hello kitty. It is spread over 3 floor thus can accomodate large group of people. Food and staff service was good but the furniture is worn out quite a bit. Staff are able to converse in english.
Closed for reno when we were there yet there wasn't any update on d website. Irritated.
A must go place for all Hello kitty fan. You will go crazy with all things related to the famous kitty on display. Do not expect too much on the food. Presentation are tip top but taste is another matter. For fans you can easily spend 1 hour there just taking photos and checking out all the merchandise. Enjoy!!!
A nice hello Kitty themed coffee shop. You can get some hello kitty themed food like cakes, croque monsieur and hot dogs. There is also a wide range of drinks. If you like hello kitty it is a must see!
Nice place, good for family, will get nice pictures, though a bit pricey and the food taste is not that good.
decore was gorgeous but the food portion isn’t very filling, worth going for the environment but food not really
This Cafe is pretty cute but food and drinks are quite expensive and they keep on playing the one hello kitty song over and over. It's definitely cute but just get a drink there. Also the tables are really close to the ground so your knees can't go under them
Came back here again in July 19. Staff not good with customers. Half of the menu not available. Furniture starting to look damaged and not well kept. Waste of a visit. Original review: Again you need to be a Hello Kitty fan to appreciate this. If you are you will appreciate it. Great place for photos. Food ok also, but expensive.
Beautiful Hello Kitty theme cafe with decent desserts. The mango sticky rice came with a scoop of coconut ice cream on top and it went so well together. Also had the rainbow Hello Kitty cake which is picture worthy but a tad too sweet. Go sit at the upper floor for a better experience. Merchandise at the basement is also worth a browse. Overall, this cafe is way better than the one we experienced in Singapore. My only gripe? They ran out of the rainbow bingsu which I originally wanted to get!
It’s CLOSED!Please update the google map.Definitely a waste for Hello Kitty fan’s to travel to Bangkok and found it was CLOSED.
Poor food/drink. Icecream is tasteless and the drink is full of ice. Terrible service.
So fun !!! They have a spa as well but if happened to be closed while we were there. I'm sure it would have been a ton of fun though. Such a great idea !
It's closed permanently. The store moved out of the mall indefinitely.
Best caffe ever!!!I do t want to write this review to not spoil your surprise and unique experience!Just go there and your enjoyment is guaranteed!
very nice place however the staff wasn't kind
Nice experience for small children. With that said please note that all menu is super expensive for Thailand and to be honest ... it looks better then it tastes :(
If u a fan of Hello Kitty, make a visit.. otherwise ot's just a cafe with a nice decoration.
Wonderful place. You should order first and then take photo.
Such a cute cafe. Lots of delicious and creative desserts. Downstairs there is a Hello Kitty themed shop as well, where you can find things from pencils to bags and clothes.
The only reason to come is for the Hello Kitty themed dining experience, otherwise if you are not a fan of the cat, there really are better themed cafes in Bangkok.Throughout the time i was there, the cafe kept playing this Hello Kitty jingle, which can drive a person nuts. The food is so-so... pretty to look at but no wow factor.
Good place for taking some photos of your kids. Meals are quite good but expensive
Only went there because of my wife lol. Great place for kids.
Already CLOSED! I went but already closed! Should be updated this on Google so that visitors would be aware of the closure!
Food was as expected of a themed cafe, good but not great. Staff spent ages looking at phone and did not respond to any sort of attempt to get their attention beyond walking over to them. Music was on constant, grinding, repeat. Devour was run down and tatty, the sofa was almost gross to look at. Overall worth it of you are a fan of the franchise but otherwise go to better places nearby. They do not have toilets as you would expect of any place serving liquid beverages
Very disappointing. Staff more interested in chatting with each other rather than working, and can’t be bothered to even smile. 15 minutes after arrival and still nobody came to take our order. Food was adequate. Decor was cute but at least 2 months out of date (Christmas in February?), and a lot of the seats were filthy. Gift shop is not very good, and the spa is closed without any warning or explanation. Pathetic compared to other HK establishments we have been to. Avoid.
5 star for kids and 3 star for adults. Great for kids and my kids had a great time feeding themselves colored foods and took photos with Hello Kitty. Not a great selection of food choices and prices are quite high too.
ok quality. a lot of cute photo spot. must go for hello kitty fans
Funny and a bit childish but good cappuccino
If you love Hello Kitty you will come here anyway. Like I did. But after 30 minutes of listening to the exactly same song or rather a jingle I was close to committing a murder. The prices are high, but so they are in any Hello Kitty store around the globe. Choice is big, interior is very Hello Kitty like. Paradise for little girls I guess, I admit I squealed quite few times myself. I DO NOT recommend a coffee place. Lemon Ice tea was disgusting and I can not comprehend how can that happen in Thailand where Ice Tea is a sort of national drink. Coffee was even worse, tasted like water that rinsed the coffee machine. Staff is friendly and helpful.
To all Hello Kitty lovers. This is your Sanrio paradise!!
It’s permanently closed. Walked around Siam Square for an hour searching for it (also the directory/maps at Siam Square are not good) to bring our daughters. Finally found out it was closed. Google - please update your maps!!
A pretty cafe but a bit run down now. More for Hello Kitty fans . When I went , merchandise is on sale , which is great , because they are usually pricy.
This is one of my itinerary when I went to Thailand because I really like HK. The place didn't fall back on my expectations. Cute and kind of relaxing. Food was pricey but not that worth it since there's nothing too extraordinary with the menu. Staffs who served us are friendly and nice.
Amazing place and great for photos. The desserts can be a bit too sweet depending on what you order. The cheesecake and cupcake where too sweet for my liking. But the rainbow cake was super yummy
Funny, but food and drinks a very overpriced. You can buy some funny merchandize that nobody needs 😁 My daughter loved it but I thought it was a bit boring...
The food is great and the place is so cute. It would surely bring you back to your childhood. They also have a little souvenir shop underground.
This is a very cute place. One can easily go back to their childhood. The interior is done marvelous. Every corner of this place is cute. The deserts are exclusive. Every item is unique. Children can celebrate their birthdays here . Amazing staff. Wow environment inside.
Cute little cafe. The food was decent. The ice teas were really sweet. Decent prices.
Wish i read the review that it was closed. Went there on the weekend and conceirge told us it had been closedUnhappy baby who was so excited and ended disappointed.
You’ll love this place even though you are not a kitty’s fan because the place and food just too cute
Let's just put it out there that you're going here for the aesthetic and not the food. However, the mango sticky rice flavored dessert was very tasty. It was definitely expensive comparatively but I really enjoyed the experience.
A place full of happy girls/women and men happy to see their partners happy. Cute little cafe I just ordered coffee it came with pink milk (tasted pretty good) cheaper than Starbucks. Obviously been open a while and is very popular. Needs cleaning as curtains and sofa areas were looking very dirty.
Best place to visit for hello kitty fanatics
Poor service upon the front gate. No attendance at all. Speaking poor English, acting like not welcome any customer at all. Iconic HK figure and that's all. (Unfortunately, my wife insisted to come on in)Dessert is kind a cute, a bit too sweet, though. Peach iced tea with pop juice is my recommendation.
